2. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. All prices include applicable taxes.
3. Delivery Policy
We deliver within our designated service radius in the Houston, TX area. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Orders placed after 12 PM may be scheduled for the following day. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4. Refund and Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
5. BBL Rewards Program
BBL Points are earned on qualifying purchases and may be redeemed for discounts. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program at any time.
6. Catering Services
Catering orders require a minimum 48-hour advance notice. A deposit may be required for large orders. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may forfeit the deposit.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Baked Beyond Limits and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Baked Beyond Limits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
